In the prestigious 5th arrondissement of Paris, Costaud Rénovation had the privilege of taking part in the complete restoration of a 180 m² Haussmann apartment — a large-scale project where architectural heritage and modern comfort come together seamlessly.
Working alongside interior designers Anne-Sophie Painchaud (Ec(h)os Intérieurs) and Célia Callegari (Célia Callegari ID), as well as Atulam, the renowned French manufacturer of bespoke wooden joinery, our team helped bring new life to a space steeped in history while meeting today’s highest standards of design and performance.
Replacing the original windows was both a technical and aesthetic challenge. The new Atulam wooden windows, from the Tradilou collection, preserved the authentic Haussmannian character of the home — mouldings, fine woodwork, delicate metal fittings — while integrating the discreet comfort of double glazing and custom finishes in the pure Parisian tradition.
At Costaud Rénovation, every project is a collective work of art, where architects, artisans, and manufacturers combine their expertise to create spaces that stand the test of time. This Latin Quarter renovation perfectly embodies that philosophy — a meticulous dialogue between technical precision and architectural elegance.
